It was good enough to recommend reading. I'm not exactly crazy about the ending. Kind of left me hanging. Spoiler alert, I'm just glad that, of all the characters, Voley made it. If he hadnt , this would've gotten 0 stars!

The Blue Part 5 A PostApocalyptic Story eBook Joseph Turkot Reviews

This was the final book in The Blue...unless another one comes out! It didn't quite feel like it was the end of the story. Enjoyed the whole series and will read more by Joseph Turkot. If you like post apocalyptic stories give Turkot a try.
Well first I liked the narrative in the first person singular. What was I didn't much care for was how what should have been a trilogy, was broken up in 5 pieces. But the biggy was where in the heck did all the water come from? That was never explained.
Very well done. I enjoyed the concept. Very believable depiction of characters and how they react to the situations faced and their overall circumstance. I wish she didn't make certain choices she made when she made them, but then it became clear later why the author chose that path. I really liked it.
I have read all of the books in the Rain saga, and have enjoyed them all. This final book in the Blue series did a good job of tying up a lot of loose ends, but it wasn't as satisfying as some of the earlier books. What was the missing equipment that Tanned lied about having and what happens to her now?
loved the series very much ( The Rain , The Snow , The Blue ) it is amazing . I was hooked on it from the beginning . But I still feel there should be a continuation to this book , I feel that the readers would like to have a closure to the story , though I guess that the author kept the ending to the readers imagination.
This was an awesome ending to a great series. Tanner really pulled it together and Russell would be proud. I know others are disappointed that some things were left unclear but I believe the author was letting us enter Tanner's emotional quandary fully. This entire series was a lot of fun. I read much of it aloud to my husband on cross-country trips. I hope we get more series like this from Mr. Turkot.
This is the creative and adventurous conclusion to a series of books by Joseph Turkot that progresses from The Rain, The Snow, and The Blue. The young heroine of the story overcomes astounding obstacles by the sheer power of her own will to survive when she could have otherwise just given up. The series is suitable for young and old readers alike, especially for readers who appreciate well written novels in the dystopia genre.
It was good enough to recommend reading. I'm not exactly crazy about the ending. Kind of left me hanging. Spoiler alert, I'm just glad that, of all the characters, Voley made it. If he hadnt , this would've gotten 0 stars!
